Rex A. Parker

Rex A. Parker, age 87 of Cloverdale, passed away July 27th, 2026. He was born May 28th,1939 in Greencastle to the late Lester and Myrtle (Vaught) Parker. He married Judith F. (Elmore) Parker December 28th, 1960 and she survives. He spent all his life farming and was a member of the Cloverdale Church of Christ, member of the Cloverdale Conservation Club, and spent 60 years on the Advisory Board for Warren Twp.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Ronald Parker and his wife Donna, Ryan Parker, and Lynette Helton. Grandchildren, Jason Long and wife Tiffany, Jessica Casteel and husband Jamey, Jacob Parker and wife Karli, and Aaron Parker and wife Sarah, and eight great-grandchildren.  Siblings, Barbara Sutherlin, Janet Boston, and LaVonne Whitkanack. As well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 31st at 11:00am, Church of Christ of Cloverdale. Burial will follow at the Cloverdale Cemetery.  Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfunerals.net.
