Obituary
Ken W. Whitaker, age 84 of Cloverdale, went to be with the Lord August 19th, 2023. He was born in Cloverdale September 11th, 1938 to the late Joseph and Beulah (Cassida)Whitaker. He married Janet K. Kirmse June 21st, 1959 and she preceded him in death September 30th, 2020. Ken retired from IBM as a purchasing manager after 30 years of service.
He is survived by his sons Jim Whitaker and wife Kelly, Dave Whitaker and wife Jolene, and his daughter Cheryl Arnold and husband Tim. Ken also had six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Harold Whitaker.
Funeral Services for Ken will be held Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023 at 1:00pm, Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until service time. Burial will follow in the Cloverdale Cemetery. Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfuneralhome.net.
