Jo Ann (Partin) Bean

Jo Ann Bean, age 83 of Cloverdale went to be with the Lord, April 3rd, 2023.

She was born in Pineville, KY April 26th, 1939 to the late Pearl and Maggie (Pingleton) Partin.

Jo Ann married Earl Bean July 26th, 1959 and he survives.

Jo Ann spent most of her life as a homemaker, an amazing mother to her 7 children, and wife of 63 years. She worked as a teaching assistant at Cloverdale Elementary School for more than 10 years. She was an avid bowler and sports fanatic. Her favorite seat was behind home plate.

In addition to her husband Earl she is also survived by her children Jeff (Kay) Bean, Linda Wolf, Andrew Bean, Matt Bean, Tim (Debbie) Bean, Tori (David) Maldonado, Emily (Jason) Creviston; brother Fred (Marie) Partin; 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and 10 siblings.

Funeral services for Jo Ann will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday April 11th, 2023, at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday April 10th, 2023, at the funeral home. Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfuneralhome.net
