Obituary
Jerry Richard Walker, age 87 left this life peacefully at his home on Wednesday, April 13th. Jerry was a lifelong resident of Cloverdale Indiana. He was born on October 25th, 1935, to the late Roll Marion and Ella Mae Walker. He was also preceded in death by his stepson Robert Phillips III.
Jerry was a truck driver and mechanic for Roadway Trucking for 45 years. He was a member of Cloverdale Masonic Lodge #132, attaining the 32nd Degree free masonry Scottish Rite. He loved to fish, work on cars and never met a dog he didn’t like.
He is survived by his loving wife Donna of 44 years. Also surviving, two sons Kevin Walker, (Tina Creech) and Mark Walker, wife Bonnie, stepson John Phillips, wife Cathy, stepdaughter Katie Phillips Weston, and stepson Mike Phillips. Jerry is also survived by several grandchildren. Kalah Walker, Courtney Walker, Megan Walker, Stephanie Phillips, Josh Phillips, Riley Weston, Isaiah Weston, Michelle Phillips, and great granddaughter Lila Garren and great grandsons Tyler Phillips, Andrew Phillips and Cameron Phillips. Cremation was entrusted to Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfuneralhome.net
