Harold E. Alexander

Harold E. Alexander, age 78 of Greencastle, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 27th, 2019.  He was born July 8th, 1940 in Putnam County to the late Edward and Julia(Brown)Alexander.  He married Marlene (French)Alexander February 23rd, 1962 and she survives.  He spent his career as a diesel mechanic and retired from the Teamsters.  His passion was his family, his yard, and hunting.

                In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Harolena Wesley and husband Scott, Jeff Alexander and wife Lori, and Kristina Alexander.  Grandchildren Candace Wesley, Kelsey Wesley, Brett Warren, Alexea Warren, and Aaron Wesley. Great-Grandchildren Kyla and Owen, and his Brother Lester “Butch” Alexander and wife Barbara.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings Linda Wills, and Donnie Lee Alexander.

                Visitation will be held Sunday, March 3rd, 2019 from 3:00pm until 7:00pm at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 4th, 2019 at 1:00pm with visitation from 12:00pm until service time.  Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfuneralhome.net
