Edith F. Stinson

Edith F. Stinson passed away on May 7, 2026. She was born on March 14, 1927, in Pleasant Plain, Illinois, to the late William B. and Dora L. (Llamb) Pyle.

Edith married Jewel Stinson, who preceded her in death. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose family was the center of her life.

She is survived by her children, Judy Stalker and husband Ronald, Carol Goddard, Ronald B. Stinson, and Thomas J. Stinson; daughter in law Mary Stinson; nine grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and twenty great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Edith was preceded in death by her daughter, Janice Faye Stinson; her son, Jimmy W. Stinson; daughter-in-law, Brenda S. Stinson; Five sisters, and three brothers.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Mannan Cemetery in Cloverdale, Indiana.
