Darrin L Greenwell

Darrin Lee Greenwell, 44 of Cloverdale, IN. passed away Wednesday, July 8th, 2020 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

Born August 3rd, 1975 in Indianapolis, IN. he was the son of Dave and Sandy Greenwell. 

He was a 1994 graduate of Cloverdale High School where he participated in Cross Country, Golf and Band (Drums).

He enjoyed cooking and was a chef at several restaurants including Cheeseburger in Paridise and Johnny Carino’s. He also enjoyed gardening, biking, listening to music by the Grateful Dead and was an avid Star Wars fan. Darrin had a great love of animals especially his dog Ruby.

Darrin is survived by a daughter Riley Scott, and sons Conner, Maddox and Lucas Greenwell, his parents Dave and Sandy Greenwell, brother Brent Greenwell, sister Amy Meyerrose (Chris), nieces Paisley and Adelaide Meyerrose and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Greenwell, Austin and Isabella Mathias.

Darrin will be cremated and a casual Celebration of Life will be held at Robe Ann Park, Shelter #5 Sunday July 19th, 2020 in Greencastle, IN From 1pm to 4pm.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Putnam County Humane Society, or your local animal shelter.
