Charlie's early years were like a normal little girl who loved life to the fullest.  Charlie

was able to remain in her mothers care until August 2019.  Charlie loved her many

trips to Florida with her Mother and Jim Dancy, one of her favorite heroes!  She got to

see the dolphins, butterflies and swim in the Ocean on several of these trips during

better days.
