Catherine "Cathi" E. Stipanovic

Catherine “Cathi” E. Stipanovic, age 70, of Cloverdale, passed away September 1st, 2026.  She was born in Beech Grove July 4th, 1956 to the late Raymond and Helen Cooper. She married Jake Stipanovic October 18th, 1980 and he survives.  She was a devoted wife, and mother.  She cared for her mother for thirteen years while working.  Cathi did everything she could to make people smile, and anytime she could help with anything she wouldn’t hesitate to do so.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her son, Gary Cooper and wife Kelly, and her daughter Jenna Stipanovic.  Grandchildren, Madisun Close and significant other James Dunbar, Matthew Cooper, Griffin Cooper, and Alex Cooper.  As well as her brother George Cooper.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter Mary Christine Stipanovic.

Graveside services for Cathi will be held Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 at 11:00am, Cloverdale Cemetery, Cloverdale, Indiana.  Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfunerals.net.
