Branden C. Monnett

Branden C. Monnett, age 41 of Roachdale, passed away at his home June 10th, 2026. He was born June 18th, 1984, to David Monnett and Lisa (Grimes) Gerlach. Branden was a 2003 graduate of Southmont High School, and enjoyed being surrounded by friends and family. 

He is survived by his two children Lyla Monnett, Mason Monnett; father David Monnett (Cristina); sister Summer Savini; niece and nephew Toby and Tatum Savini; aunt Linda Stewart (Rick); grandmother Wanda Grimes; step-father Jim Gerlach, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and loving friends. 

He is preceded in death by his mother Lisa Gerlach.

Funeral Services for Branden will be held Monday June 22nd, 2026 at 1:00pm, Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale.  Visitation will be held from 11:00am until service time.  Burial will follow in the Cloverdale Cemetery.  Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfunerals.net
