Bobbie L. Magness

Bobbie L. Magness, 84, of Greencastle went to be with the Lord, May 11, 2018.

Born September 24th, 1933 to the late Claud and Eunice (Jones) Magness.

Bobbie married Thelma Carol Rubeck October 26th, 2002 and she survives.

He worked for Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis for 33 years in the maintenance department.

He is survived by his daughters Barbara (John) Hall, Andrea Magness (Fred), Dana (Jim) Shaw, Jana (Chuck) Haywood; grandchildren Jerry Van Fossan, Kristian Van Fossan, James Shaw, Katie Shaw, Jenna Shaw, Alicia Haywood, Lee Haywood, Luci Peterman, Rebecca Peterman Gardner; great-grandchildren Taylor Jo, and Austin Michael Van Fossan.

He is Preceded in death by his great-grandson Brandon Van Fossan; brothers Alton Magness, Omer Magness, James Magness and Howard Magness; sisters Willie Hinkle, Virginia Mitchell, Ruth Burse and Anna Clay.

Services will be Tuesday May 15th, 2018 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale at 1:00 pm, with calling hours from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Burial to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.
