Audra Mae Vickroy

Audra Mae Vickroy, age 93 of Cloverdale went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday January 20th, 2021.

She was born September 8th, 1927 in Putnam County to the late Lawrence and Edna (Routt) Cummings.

Audra married Glen Vickroy January 12th, 1949 and he preceded her in death.

Audra was a homemaker that loved cooking and sewing, and she attended Cloverdale United Methodist Church, and retired from the Cloverdale School Corporation.

She is also preceded in death by her Husband Glen Vickroy; brothers Ted Cummings, Robert Cummings; and sister Betty Monnett.

She is survived by her three daughters Cindy (Gary) Anderson, Connie (Jack) Galloway, Cathy (Greg) Tipton; grandchildren Stacie (Adam) King, Justin Galloway, Gina Anderson, Brandon (girlfriend Brittany) Huber; great-grandson Ethan King; brother Dennis Cummings; sisters Shirley Brewer Faye Gaddis and Sharon Mannon; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Audra will be at 1:00pm Tuesday January 26th, 2021 at Whitaker Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00am until the service time of 1:00pm Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made in Audra’s name to her favorite charity St. Jude Children’s Hospital. We ask that masks be worn to the services.
