Sheila Rena (Tackett) Brinkman

Sheila Rena Brinkman, 55 of Cloverdale lost her battle with cancer on June 9th, 2019.

Born Sheila Rena Tackett, September 5th, 1963 to Rance and Ella Tackett.

Sheila was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and nana. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, and spending time with her grandbabies.

Sheila married David Brinkman January 24th, 1981 and he survives.

She is also survived by her sons Brian Brinkman and his wife Emily of Greencastle, IN, Jordan Brinkman and his wife Kara of Knoxville, TN; daughter Kimberly Bailey and her husband Scott of Cloverdale, IN; grandbabies Addalyn Brinkman, Aiden Brinkman, Ella Bailey, Avery Bailey, and Gracie Bailey; father Rance Tackett of Cloverdale, IN; mother-in-law Marjorie Wilson of Cloverdale, IN; brothers Kenneth Tackett and his wife Karen of Fishers, IN and Phil Tackett and his wife Tammy of Waynesboro, VA.

She is preceded in death by her mother Ella Tackett.

Funeral services for Sheila will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday, June 11th, 2019 at Whitaker Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 pm until the service time at 7:00 pm.
