Phyllis J. Bryant

Phyllis Jane (Slagle) Bryant, 76, of Bristol, Virginia went to be with the Lord, October 30th, 2018.

Born September 2nd, 1942 to the late Virgil and Pearl (Stout) Slagle.

Phyllis married Kenneth Bryant September 13th, 1961 and he survives.

She is also survived by her daughters Angela and (Scott) Lane, Teresa and (Gabe) McGranahan; son Chance Bryant; grandchildren Meaghan Berry, Dustin Berry, Matthew Lane, Weston Havey; great granddaughter Serenity Lane; brothers Donald Slagle, Rick Slagle, and Teddy and (Jackie) Slagle.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister Jo Ann Garrettson, and granddaughter Coty Jo Lane.

Funeral services for Phyllis will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 7th, 2018 at Whitaker Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 6th, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent at www.whitakerfuneralhome.net
