Margaret Travis Obituary

Margaret Fern Travis, 91 of Cloverdale, went to be with the Lord, February 16, 2018.

Born August 4th, 1926 to the late Shirley and Mary (Akins) Dorsett.

Fern married Joseph Travis and he preceded her in death December 16th, 1983.

Fern is survived by her nephew Rocco Carlile and sister-in-law Norma “Biddy” Dorsett.

She is also preceded in death by her sisters Ruby Sichting, Esta Foster, Dorothy Moake, Shirley Milhon, Colleen Lawrence, Rosalie Allen, Leo Clearwaters; brothers Wayne Dorsett, Raymond Dorsett, Donald Dorsett, and Bobbie Dorsett.

Funeral services for Margaret will be Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 11:00am at Whitaker Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00am until the service time Wednesday. Burial will follow in Lincoln Memory Gardens, Zionsville, IN.
