Williams, 90, Greencastle, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away on April 26, 2009 at The Waters at Greencastle. She was born on March 27, 1919 in Owen County, Indiana and was the daughter of the late Everett Clell and Ida Maude [Zenor] Cook. She was married to Darrell R. Williams and he preceded her in death on Nov. 23, 1944. She was a retired assembler for P. R. Mallory in Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, with Pastor Alan Small officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Wilkinson Cemetery at Poland, Indiana. She is survived by 3 nieces; Evelyn McKamey and husband Robert, Cloverdale, Lavina Huxley, Indianapolis and Zelda Burns and husband Wesley, Buena Vista, AR and nephew, Ron Smith and wife Carol, Fillmore. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters – Mabel Beatrice Sutherlin and Opal Smith and her brother, George Everett Cook.
