Sutherlin, 68, Belle Union, passed away on June 7, 2010 at Clarion Health/Methodist Hospice, Indianapolis. He was born on July 2, 1941 in Cloverdale and was the son of the late Verly Delbert and Hazel Pauline [Laudig] Sutherlin. He was married to Kathy E. Sutherlin on August 17, 1962 and she survives. He was a member of the Greencastle Church of Christ, 1959 Graduate of Cloverdale High School and a retired tool crib attendant for Allison Transmission. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 11, 1010 at 11:00 AM at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale with Bro. Morris Hasley and Bro. Charles M Sebree officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2010 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Linda Sim, Urbana, IL, Cindy Zaloudek and husband Bill, Loda, IL, James Jeffrey Sutherlin and wife Cheryl, Fillmore and Andrew Verly Sutherlin and wife Heather Diane, Belle Union, sisters, Vera Hughes, Cloverdale, Phyllis Wolverton and husband John, Crawfordsville, Janet Short, Brazil, Wanda Noland and husband Paul, Cloverdale, brothers, Lawrence “Tobe” Sutherlin and wife Barbara, Cloverdale, Vernon “Red” Sutherlin and wife Joann, Greencastle and Oren “Doc” Sutherlin and wife Brenda, Perrysville, 13 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
